Types of Jobs We Offer

Medlinks Staffing, LLC offers temporary to permanent medical staffing solutions. Here are some of the various types of jobs we provide:

• Career Appointments – Career Appointments are considered “regular” employment. They are defined as 50% or more of full time or more for 1 year or longer.
• Partial Year Career Appointments – Partial Career Appointments are also considered “regular” employment; however, individuals in this appointment have regularly scheduled periods not to exceed 3 months per year. I.e. furlough.
• Contract Appointments – Contract Appointments are considered “temporary” employment. They have a definite time period, i.e. six months to 1 year. The terms and conditions of the employment are clearly specified on the contract.
• Limited Appointments – Limited Appointments are also considered “temporary” employment; however, individuals in this appointment are expected to be in pay status for less than 1,000 hours in a period of 1 year.
• Executive / Professional Recruitment – Executive or Professional Recruitment is considered a temporary trial period — usually between 90 to 180 days. If you and your employer are satisfied at the end of this trial period, your employer may recruit you.

The Recruitment Process

When there are openings available, we post them in order to provide job seekers registered with us the opportunity to submit their applications. After receiving the applications, we review them. The majority of the positions require a two week posting period before an application can be reviewed. The review process can take longer than two weeks. Once the review is done by the respective department, we contact applicants of interest directly for telephone screening or/and in-person interviews.
